- 30-Day Easy Returns
We stand behind everything we sell. If your Zento purchase doesnβt meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange of eligible items in new, unused, and resealable condition within 30 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase.
- Return Policy Highlights
β’ A 20% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns (not applicable in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage).
β’ Items must be returned in as-new condition, without scratches, stains, modifications, or damage.
β’ Original packaging is required for all returns. Returns without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
β’ Non-returnable items include clearance items, final sale items, and products damaged due to regular wear and tear post-delivery.

- β’ Refunds for approved non-defective returns will have a 20% restocking fee deducted.
β’ Charges for special delivery services like Freight Carrier or White Glove Delivery are non-refundable once the service is completed.
β’ Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within: - 3 business days for refund-only requests (no item return required)
- 7 business days after the return items are received at our warehouse
- Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully check every order, but in rare cases, items may arrive damaged.
β’ Inspect your item upon delivery.
β’ Report any damage within 48 hours.
β’ If items are being stored (e.g., during renovation), they must be checked before storage β the 2-day policy still applies.
β’ Accept delivery but mention βdamaged upon arrivalβ and take clear photos of the item and packaging.
β’ Depending on the situation, weβll offer a replacement, partial refund, or repair reimbursement.
Return Process
Please contact with us through form below or at support@zentostores.com our support team to initiate a return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a return address.
- Valid Proof of Purchase Includes:
- Zento order number
- Clear photos showing Zento branding and product label
- Email address used during purchase
- Payment transaction ID
We cannot process returns or refunds without proof of purchase.
- Order Changes or Cancellation
β’ You may change or cancel your order before shipment without any charges.
β’ Once shipped, a 20% restocking fee applies to cancellations.
β’ If you cancel part of an order with a voucher, the remaining items will retain their original discount, but the voucher will not be reissued
- Why Do We Charge a Restocking Fee?
Handling returns requires inspection, packaging, and restocking β which involves time and cost. Additionally, many returned items are unsellable due to repackaging issues or transit damage. The restocking fee helps cover these operational costs and ensures we maintain fair pricing for all customers.
