Exchange Policy
At Zento Stores, we aim to provide high-quality customized products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange policy under the following conditions:
✔ Eligibility for Exchange Policy:
- Items must be unused, remain in their original packaging, and be in the same condition as when you received them.
- We cannot exchange custom-made or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
✔ Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Customized or engraved products.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or natural wear and tear.
- Clearance or discounted items.
✔ Exchange Process:
- Email us at support@zentostores.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, you will be provided with an exchange reference number and return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
✔ Defective or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
