This floating storage cabinet is handmade from solid Northern Hard Maple with matching veneer sliding doors. We build each piece from solid hardwood boards joined with a 45-degree mitre, creating a beautiful wrap-around continuous grain.

The inside usable depth is 8″ due to the back and doors. The inside height is 8.75″, and the inside width is less than 1.25″ than the outside dimension.

Hand-finished with VOC-free Pure Tung Oil for a natural color and a beautiful, durable satin sheen.

Hardwood can vary in colour. We utilize the entire board in our building process, so knots and ribbons of light-coloured sapwood are common. In our mind, they add to the beautiful individual character of each handmade piece.
